From the high vantage point offered by the thirteenth floor of the Edificio España apartment, Zulueta dedicates himself to filming the daily—or not so daily—reality taking place in Madrid's Plaza de España. The images captured by the camera range from the police repression of a protest, to the preparations for the arrival of US President Gerald Ford, or a woman's suicide attempts among the letters of the "Hotel" sign on the neighboring Torre de Madrid.
